DNA visualisation.
A three-dimensional projection of a plot of DNA in four-dimensional space. Each
nucleotide A, C, G and T is a step in one
dimension.
To select a new region:
- The first variable is the offset in the chromosome
- The second variable is the number of nucleotides to be rendered
- The third option is the step size; increase to speed up the rendering
- Hit 'Go' to activate the new options
Visualisation:
- Hold the mouse button down and move the mouse to rotate

- Hit ↓ to zoom out.
