Curriculum Vitae.
I am part of a PhD project named DALE.
With P. E. M. Taschner, H. J. Hoogeboom and
W. A. Kosters we work on various large scale primer
design issues in the Bioinformatics Support Group.
With T. Westen of the NFI we
search for SNP's in the human genome for various
applications.
A project that focused on combining artificial intelligence with chess
endgames titled
Ideas regarding chess endgames.
A project that describes how to find small pieces of DNA with certain
properties titled
Primer design for MPLA experiments.
A non-reviewed paper (but submitted to the arXiv preprint archive) about
automatic sequences titled
Numeration-automatic sequences.
