The registration fee is NLG 700 if payment is received before June 1, 1999, and NLG 800 if payment is received after June 1, 1999. Included in the registration fee are: participation in IDA-99; one copy of the Proceedings of IDA-99; coffee, tea and lunches at the conference site; reception; and conference banquet.

Refund of the registration fee must be applied for in writing to the IDA-99 Registration Office. Cancellations of registration received before July 15, 1999, will be refunded minus NLG 50 administrative charge. For cancellations received after this date, no refund can be made. All refunds are settled after the conference.

Remarks:

Early booking is required. Requests received after July 1, 1999 will be accepted, but hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed in that case. Hotel prices are in Dutch guilders per night per room. Prices include breakfast and city tax (except for Amstel Botel). All reservations will be confirmed. No rooms can be confirmed without a valid credit card guarantee/payment; please make sure that the credit card is valid until one month after the stay at the hotel. For hotel cancellations received after July 1, 1999, or a no-show, the first night will be charged to the credit card.
